How We Measure

Data-driven youth development

CYA tracks outcomes across each pillar of the HEMS framework. Academic growth is measured through GPA tracking, homework completion rates, and reading-level assessments. Athletic progress is tracked through conditioning benchmarks and participation consistency.

We believe in honest, transparent reporting. As programs complete full cycles, outcome data will be published here and shared with funders, partners, and families.

Donations directly support youth programming at our LaGrange, GA and Roanoke, AL campuses. Funds are used for enrichment supplies, curriculum materials, sports equipment, snacks, facility costs, staff training, and transportation. CYA prioritizes keeping programs affordable and accessible for all families. Our board's Finance & Audit Committee oversees all spending to ensure responsible stewardship of every dollar.
