Our Philosophy
Leadership through presence
CYA's leadership model is built on showing up consistently. Our staff and coaches are present in students' lives day after day — building trust through routines, high expectations, and genuine care.

Kane doesn't just run programs — he builds families. I've watched him turn a gym full of strangers into a community that shows up for each other.
